Introducing Advanced Email Preview and many more features in Spark Editor 1.0.3

We are happy to introduce enhanced email preview functionality while previewing email templates. We also added a ‘Filter’ option to filter out specific add-on templates of your choice in Spark Editor 1.0.3, making it even easier for you to manage our email template plugin.

Enhanced Email Preview

While previewing email templates, you can drag and stretch preview emails sideways. This helps you check the responsiveness or how each email template would look on different devices and platforms.

This feature works on both Mobile and Desktop view.

• To do this, select any email template of your choice and click on ‘Preview.’

• While it gets previewed, click the side of the email template and drag it to the sides to stretch the templates.

• Stretch the sides of the email template and see how well it looks on the devices that you intend to display the final email.

Email Templates Filter

With our ‘Filter’ feature, you can easily access the add-on template of your choice. Select the add-on and filter only the email templates related to it.

• Get to the templates list page of Spark Editor and click the ‘All’ drop-down.

• Select the add-on from the drop-down menu. For example, if you select ‘WooCommerce Appointments,’ only the email templates related to that will be shown.

Style Enhancements

Now, you can add borders to sections in an email template. Adding borders helps create distinct sections and improve the readability of your emails.

• To do this, go to the template list page on Spark Editor and choose a template.
• Scroll to the email section you want and select it.
• Click on the ‘Styles’ option provided to the left and enable ‘Border’ at the bottom. You can adjust the border thickness and make it more visible. Once done, click the ‘Save’ button at the top.

Bug Fixes

• Two new templates are added to the WooCommerce Subscriptions email add-on.
• In the ‘Order Summary’ section, clear option has been provided for padding adjustments of both the X and Y axis. Tapping on the Clear option, represented by the symbol ‘X’ resets the values to default.
• When the attribute values in the ‘Styles’ section are cleared, attributes get applied to the email templates with their default value.
